Autumn Glen is a deed restricted, HOA, townhome community located within Fleming Island Plantation. AG property owners pay monthly dues that finance routine exterior maintenance and property management services. AG owners also pay a yearly CDD fee to keep the Fleming Island Plantation community a desirable place to call home.

The AG Townhome Owners Association (AG HOA) is comprised of volunteer resident owners. These resident volunteers give their time and talent to serve on the non-profit board of directors. The primary purpose of the HOA is to:

Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District (CDD) finances and manages community developments within Fleming Island Plantation. The CDD is responsible for: Amenity Center building and grounds, Splash Park building and grounds, all common areas, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, maintenance of lakes/ponds, irrigation system in all common areas, entrances and roadways; landscaping in all common areas and village entrances including flowers/planting, maintain main entrances, hardscape, landscaping and maintenance of fountains; playground areas, both pools, pool furniture and structures maintenance and repair; gazebo maintenance, security patrol/ officers, directional signs and marquee signs, all village entrance and signage maintenance, community events, Christmas decorations and bond payments. The CDD bond for Fleming Island Plantation matures in 2031.

The Fleming Island Plantation MHOA is responsible for the aesthetics of villages (such as Autumn Glen) and commercial areas. The MHOA levy fines and enforces the Covenants, Restrictions and Easements (CR&E), as well as the Board of Architectural Review (BAR) Guidelines. The MHOA directly oversees the BAR and the Fining Committee. Know that the AG HOA falls under the umbrella of the Master HOA.
Many homes border preservation land located in Fleming Island Plantation. Though the CDD owns this preserve land, the preserve is managed and controlled by the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD). The CDD and it’s residents must adhere to the strict guidelines that are set by SJRWMD. If a tree or other vegetation grows from the preserve into any resident’s yard, the resident is rightfully allowed to remove the portion of the tree or vegetation that is on the resident’s property up to the property line. No resident is to cross into the preserve and cut or remove the vegetation. If the tree is cut to the property line, the tree stump or remainder of the tree must be left untouched in the preserve. The St. John’s Water Management has the right to fine anyone who does not adhere to these guidelines.
