Autumn Glen is managed by a community association manager and the HOA is comprised of volunteer resident owners who dedicate their time and talent to serve on the board of directors.
All AG residents comply with property covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs).

After you have checked-in with the AG property manager, visit the Amenity Center to apply for your Fleming Island Plantation resident ID. The Amenity Center is located at 2300 Town Center Blvd. Hours of operation are: Monday - Saturday: 10am - 5:30pm. Call: (904) 278-8613 for more information.
Residents with ID will have access to: six clay tennis courts, two basketball courts, two sand volleyball courts, two covered pavilions, a children's playground, the lap pool, family pool and splash park.
