Autumn Glen Governing Documents
Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions in Autumn Glen

Autumn Glen is a deed restricted, HOA community, where all residents abide by the governing documents detailed below.

As an AG townhome owner, you should have received a copy of the Autumn Glen Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), from your realtor, at the time of closing on the sale of your unit. If you are renting, your landlord should have discussed these documents with you as part of your lease agreement.

It is the responsibility of each unit owner and/or tenant to remain compliant with the Autumn Glen CC&Rs, and to be fully knowledgeable regarding the community governing documents detailed below. Know that Autumn Glen also falls under the umbrella of the Fleming Island Plantation Master Homeowners Association (MHOA). Please keep Autumn Glen a desirable place to live and abide by the CC&Rs. All questions concerning compliance should be directed to the property manager.

Scoop The Poop
Pet Waste Destroys AG Grass, Landscaping and More

Rain water will wash pet waste, and its bacteria, into Clay County storm drains and ditches. Once pet waste is washed down storm drains, it pollutes our streams, rivers, and lakes making them unsafe for swimming and other recreational activities Floridians love. Pet waste has become a nuisance in AG and the greater Fleming Island Plantation. Please carry waste bags and always pick up after your pet. It’s the law.

If stormwater pollution continues, one of our most valuable resources – our recreational waterways – will be lost forever. Please remember ditches and storm drains are not connected to the sanitary sewer system. Always carry pet waste bags and dispose of dog feces properly in the trash. Do not throw pet waste, or other harmful contaminants down our storm drains since they flow directly into streams, lakes, rivers, estuaries, bays, and the ocean. This means that our stormwater is not treated or decontaminated before it flows into our waterways. Whatever you put in ditches, street drains, and even on your lawn, goes directly into our recreational waters whenever there is a significant rain. Keep Autumn Glen beautiful. Scoop the poop and don’t leave home without waste bags.
